Goddess

This is the first image you see when you choose goddess, you can equip her with weapon, the simple way is to click "Equip All" and your goddess will automatically equip some equipment, beside that, you can lvl up your goddess to upgrade goddess stat

Talent Skills

You need at least Lv. 30 to unlock two exclusive skills in the right, if you manage to Lv.30 or higher, you can click those two right skills, it will open skills window and you can customize the Exclusive Skill you want, you have 2 free skills book to unlock first 2 Exclusive skills, exceed of that, you will be charged 1 Talent Books. You can find some of these tutorials in the Level Up section.
